Pomme Royale Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. calvados
  • 1 oz. lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz. Cointreau
  • 1/2 oz. simple syrup

Instructions

  1. Add the calvados, lemon juice, Cointreau, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake until well chilled.
  2. Make a slash in the lemon wedge and run it around the rim of the glass
  3. Spread some sugar on a small plate and dip the rim of the glass on the sugar.
  4. Strain the cocktail into the glass.

Garnish

Top with the sparkling wine and garnish with the lemon twist.
