Penicillin Hot Toddy
Ingredients
- 2 oz. blended scotch whisky
- 3/4 oz. lemon juice
- 3/4 oz. honey
- 1 tsp. peaty islay scotch
- 4 oz. water
- 2 1-inch slices 1/4" thick. ginger
Instructions
- In a mug, combine the ginger, honey, and lemon juice, then muddle the ginger to press out some of the juice
- Pour the boiling hot water into the mug. Allow to sit for 5 minutes
- Stir in the scotches and remove the ginger slices.
Garnish
Garnish with a lemon twist.
